Understanding your AI readiness: an evening exploring how to respond to the AI challenge

We're bringing together around 50 senior leaders at a pub in Shoreditch to explore what genuine AI readiness looks like in practice. Not the ambition, but the strategy behind it.

Most senior leaders we speak to aren’t struggling to understand that AI matters.

What they’re struggling with is what to actually do about it, and in what order.

The pressure to act is real, but so is the risk of acting without the right foundations in place: fragmented pilots that never scale, data that isn’t ready, governance that hasn’t kept pace, and a workforce that’s uncertain about what any of it means for them.

On Wednesday, 22nd April, we’re bringing together around 50 senior leaders at a pub in Shoreditch to explore what genuine AI readiness looks like in practice. Not the ambition, but the strategy behind it. Over drinks and a focused panel discussion, we’ll be getting into the questions that actually matter:

  • How do you assess where your organisation stands?
  • How do you know how fast to move, and what needs to be true before you do?
  • How do you lead that process when the technology is moving faster than most strategic planning cycles can accommodate?

It’s a deliberately relaxed evening, with drinks, nibbles, and honest conversation, rather than polished presentations. We’ll also be sharing a first look at our new whitepaper and proprietary AI readiness matrix on the night.

Meet the experts on our panel

CEO Bimal will be hosting the panel and drawing on real experience rather than hypotheticals, including honest examples of what’s worked, and what hasn’t.
