Our Client is one of the world’s largest healthcare networks with hospitals across 10 countries including Singapore, Malaysia, Turkey, China, and India.
The opportunity:
The goal of the discovery was to shape the features and functionality of the new global mobile application to support the wider strategic objectives of retaining existing patients, attracting new patients and broadening the customer base.
Our approach:
Through a series of workshops with multiple stakeholders across multiple country locations, we defined the key users, their problem statements, and mapped how the mobile application will help address the identified problems, drawing upon the application’s unique value propositions.
With the business model understood and features and functionalities prioritised, our team brought the application to life through several high-fidelity prototypes, capturing the key user journeys.
The final stage in the discovery journey was to validate the application through 1-2-1 user testing with selected testers across two countries, as well as to seek feedback from a wider sample group on the animated explainer video that Elemental created on behalf of the client.

The discovery findings were delivered in a comprehensive delivery report with recommendations for the ongoing development of the application.
