The opportunity
Claimsplanet successfully deliver insurance claim services to the relocation industry by seamlessly connecting the claimant and loss adjuster and creating an inventory of losses.
Our engagement started with a product discovery workshop to understand the main business objectives followed by a thorough examination of their infrastructure and existing code base to produce a comprehensive technical due diligence report.
The solution
Armed with this knowledge, we were able to recommend a structured plan to improve the integrity of their system, extend the functionality of the application and deploy the system with a number of insurance companies as a proof of concept. To better illustrate the vision we conceived and produced an animated explainer video, a perfect way to convey a detailed message in an easily digestible and shareable format.
