The challenge
The company relied on a SharePoint-based CVR (Cost Value Reconciliation) system for monthly commercial and financial reporting across multiple divisions. However, decentralised workflows, varied division schedules, and high-performance requirements created challenges around consistency, reporting speed, and system reliability. Key issues include

•Integration of Azure Data Factory pipelines with Coins for automated data imports
•Development of custom SharePoint CVR farms (Prod, Dev, UAT) with advanced templates and web parts
•Creation of an Excel add-in to streamline document editing
•Implementation of SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) cubes for multidimensional reporting
•Management of SharePoint content and application databases
