Prior to embarking on development we took time to reflect upon the purpose of the technology through a business lens in our Product Discovery workshops. Mobilising a team consisting of a business lead, designer, senior architect and product owner we delved into the problem statements, key metrics, unique value proposition and possible features of the solution.
With this foundation piece we were then able to define the product and the various integrations required and propose the next steps: building a design prototype to test with users and smaller technical PoC’s to ensure we can capture the data from other third party services (e.g. WhatsApp) successfully.
The key purpose of the product is to provide real-time, data driven insights from multiple streams via a selection of configurable dashboards and reports. The opportunity is to increase performance and efficiency of sales teams in fast paced environments, initially in real estate. The product will then be applied globally and to other sectors such as recruitment.
From the knowledge gained EC are developing the full v1 product to be launched in a renowned estate agency chain.
