Elemental Concept is pleased to announce the launch of our new German entity, a major milestone in our global growth strategy and commitment to supporting European clients. The German venture will serve as a strategic hub for European expansion, where a local team will be in place to provide clients with hands-on, dedicated support from day one.

Heading up the new venture is Georg Brunner, a seasoned executive with more than 30 years of experience leading enterprise-scale digital transformation and innovation programmes as a senior manager, CEO and board advisor. With a career spanning senior roles in insurance, financial services, IT operations, and business consulting, Georg joins as Managing Director, Germany & EU, where he will establish local operations, build a new team, and drive partnerships to support clients in Germany and across Europe.

The launch of a German entity comes at a pivotal time for the European technology market, with strong momentum across cyber security, cloud adoption and a surge in artificial intelligence investment.

“Germany is a strategic priority for us. It is Europe’s largest ICT market, projected to generate EUR 233 billion in 2025*, and continues to grow across key areas such as AI, cybersecurity, cloud adoption, and healthcare digitalisation. We’re thrilled to have Georg on board. With his experience leading international transformation programmes and his deep understanding of the German market, he’s the perfect person to drive this next chapter alongside us.”

Georg Brunner MD Germany and Europe

“This is the perfect moment to enter the German market,” said Georg Brunner, Managing Director, Germany & EU. “Organisations face urgent challenges around digitisation, security, and healthcare transformation. My goal is to build a trusted local team with the expertise to deliver real performance and value for clients, and I’m excited to be doing that with Elemental Concept, a business built on solving real problems through technology and challenging conventional thinking when needed. These values are exactly what German enterprises need in a true technology partner who will help them find success.”

This expansion follows our recent acquisition of New Zealand-based Purple Shirt, a 20-strong UX Design Consultancy, reinforcing the company’s commitment to building global capability and people-led innovation. The consultancy has also recently announced senior leadership hires in APAC to drive growth in the region.

With its new German base, Elemental Concept plans to invest in local partnerships, talent development, and the delivery of end-to-end tech solutions tailored to the European market.
