Enhancing Custom CRM and Ensuring Sustainable Growth Through Expert Support

Having used and evaluated a number of off the shelf CRM systems, the Bluebox team appointed a developer to create a bespoke solution. Part of Bluebox’s unique proposition is a programme that prepares a company for sale very early. This requires a workflow that was not readily available in other software services.​

Bluebox wanted a 3rd eye review of the technology built and an understanding of a roadmap of improvements to architecture and security. To accommodate this, EC conducted a hi-level due diligence based on documentation provided by the client’s developer.​

Bluebox have needed to introduce more features to the platform and unfortunately the original developer lacked the capacity to deliver on these and so the client turned to EC.​

We have created a light-touch maintenance agreement to support business as usual and a series of planned improvements that will be delivered over the coming year. This ensures the business critical new features are delivered in a timely fashion whilst maintaining good control on expense budgets.
