Our Client recognised that whilst operating a successful business, they needed to undergo a digital transformation to improve their internal processes and the engagement with their customers.
Our initial engagement focused on their customer-facing solutions, designing and architecting a secure, consumer-grade mobile application with a clean and crisp look and feel, as well as integrating it with their core banking systems.
As paprt of this engagement:
- We ran discovery programme to understand the user requirements, assess the competitor landscape and scope the application.
- We designed a prototype, demonstrating the key features of the Application.
- We conducted user testing with focus groups.
- We built the back-office web interface that integrates with the Core Banking System and a 3rd party exchange and payments provider
