The Solution

Our initial engagement focused on their customer-facing solutions, designing and architecting a secure, consumer-grade mobile application with a clean and crisp look and feel, as well as integrating it with their core banking systems.

As part of this engagement:

  • We ran discovery programme to understand the user requirements, assess the competitor landscape and scope the application.
  • We designed a prototype, demonstrating the key features of the Application.
  • We conducted user testing with focus groups.
  • We built the back-office web interface that integrates with the Core Banking System and a 3rd party exchange and payments provider
