Our client is committed to maintaining the highest standards of security across their organisation. With almost 1000 employees and operating in 9 different countries, this is no easy task, and so Elemental Concept were engaged for technology and cybersecurity consultancy.
The challenge:
With an imminent change in personnel, they engaged Elemental Concept to undertake a review of their current cybersecurity posture and identify opportunities for ongoing improvement.
Our approach:
Through a combination of employee interviews, review of documentation and collaborative workshops, our objectives were to:
- Gain an understanding of the as-is state relating to cyber risks and mitigations.
- Understand key team capabilities and define the best approach to support and supplement these capabilities.
- Define a roadmap that outlines how to protect the estate effectively, along with mechanisms to test the defences.
The results:
Since the review, we have been providing ongoing CISO as a service, advising the internal team while also delivering project-based work, helping them achieve their cybersecurity goals.
