One of Southeast Asia’s largest private healthcare providers, engaged Elemental Concept’s training arm to design and deliver innovation training for its annual innovation challenge. The goal was to equip more than 100 participating teams with the knowledge and skills to take ideas from concept to launch.
The challenge:
Our client needed a scalable, engaging way to upskill staff in innovation practices while ensuring participants could translate learning into practical, high-quality project submissions and investor-ready pitches.
Our approach:
We created a series of 18 bespoke digital training modules that guided learners through the full innovation process — from ideation and validation to launch. To reinforce the learning, each team received a one-on-one mentorship session during the first phase of the program, offering targeted feedback and direction. In the second phase, shortlisted teams were supported through weekly mentorship sessions to refine their ideas, strengthen business models, and develop compelling final pitches.
Results:
The program successfully built innovation capability across more than 100 teams, creating a consistent framework for idea development and evaluation. Participants gained practical skills to move from concept to execution, and the most promising teams were able to present strong, investor-ready pitches — accelerating the client’s broader culture of innovation and entrepreneurship.
