We partnered with Centuro Global to design and launch an MVP platform that supports businesses in fast-tracking their international expansion.
The opportunity
Centuro Global’s vision was to create an online platform to provide businesses with the tools to fast track their international expansion, providing market insights, country “blue prints” and a network of trusted global advisors.
The solution
We worked together to define the first version of their platform, a minimum viable product, that captured the unique value of the platform whilst setting aside the “bells and whistles’ features for future iterations.
Elemental Concept scoped, designed and built their web-base platform, optimised for mobile and supporting 3 user types – corporates, experts and back office. The solution enabled Centuro Global to create country blueprints ‘on-platform’ and provide market intel to corporates whilst also offering a network of trusted experts across the global to support the corporates on their expansion journey.
The results
This allowed Centuro Global to go to market quickly and cost efficiently with a platform that would validate the business assumptions before investing in further development. The platform was launched in 2019.
